About Me
Welcome to Coaching and Coordination! My name is Alicia Brookman and I am a Senior Psychosocial Recovery Coach/Trainer and Mental Health Support Coordinator in Adelaide. I specialise in supporting those with mental health and psychosocial disabilities, and I understand the unique challenges that come with navigating the NDIS system.

I'm excited to share with you my passion for helping people with mental health and psychosocial disabilities as I have a personal understanding of the challenges that come with these conditions and I would love to help you navigate the complexities of the NDIS system together.
My Story
I am now 40 years old and since my early 20’s, I struggled with anxiety, and depression and I also live with ADHD & OCD (interesting combination, but that is another whole story). I have also faced significant challenges in my personal life, including addiction and domestic violence, which led to many setbacks and I have had to start over multiple times. Through these experiences, I have learned firsthand the importance of having a support system and finding the right resources to overcome these obstacles. Now, I'm committed to helping others on their journey to recovery and success.

My goal is to provide you with a safe and supportive environment where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. My approach is unique as I have had to go through the journey myself to understand the process and it’s tough, lonely and you can feel there is no hope. But with the right support and guidance, it's possible to achieve a fulfilling life, and I'm here to help make that happen.

I will focus on your unique needs and goals, and work closely with you to a develop personalised plan “Roadmap to Wellness” that promotes independence, self-confidence and positive wins from a non-clinical point of view.

Thank you for visiting my website, and I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
